Park rules
- 1.Arrival and departure details are in your booking confirmation.
- 2.Two-night minimum on weekends (Fri–Sat or Sat–Sun).
- 3.Maximum stay is 14 consecutive days, per city ordinance.
- 4.Maximum 8 people per site, any age.
- 5.One vehicle per site plus your camper. No overflow parking.
- 6.Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, park-wide.
- 7.Speed limit is 9.5 MPH everywhere in the park.
- 8.Two pets per site, leashed at all times. Owners clean up, no exceptions.
- 9.Fires in fire rings only. No fires during posted burn bans.
- 10.Fireworks are not permitted anywhere in the park.
- 11.Gray and black water must go to sewer connections.

How do I book a site?
All reservations run through the online booking page: live availability, pick your exact site, pay securely. Tap Book Now anywhere on this site.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 or more days before your stay: full credit, less the $3 online reservation charge, good for one year from the date of cancellation. Inside 14 days: no refund or credit. Cancellations can be made online.
Do you have game weekend minimums?
Yes. Ole Miss home game weekends are $153 per night for all sites, two-night minimum (Friday and Saturday). The Egg Bowl is $203 per night: check in Wednesday, Nov. 25, check out Friday, Nov. 27, two-night minimum.
What about holiday weekends?
Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends are $153 per night for all sites, three-night minimum.
Do you take monthly stays?
No. City ordinance caps stays at 14 consecutive days, so there is no monthly rate.
How many people and vehicles fit on a site?
Up to 8 people per site, any age. One vehicle per site plus your camper. No overflow parking.
Do you offer discounts?
No. There are no AARP, FMCA, military, or other discount programs at this time.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Two pets per site, leashed at all times. Owners clean up, no exceptions.
Can I pick my exact site?
Yes. Our booking page shows the park map with real-time availability, so you choose the exact site you want before you pay.
Is there a camp store?
No. There is no camp store in the park.
Is there cell service and Wi-Fi?
Park-wide mesh Wi-Fi is free and reaches every site. AT&T and Verizon both hold solid LTE across the park.
What happens in severe weather?
The bathhouse is a reinforced storm shelter, and we post storm and weather advisories at the office and by text to registered guests.
